It depends on sreveal factors such as : 1) Do you need 100% financing? 2) Do you have a down payment and if so how much? 3) Are you a first time home buyer that would meet state income guidelines that have low interest rates? 4) Do you want to pay PMI or have the lender pay the PMI? These factors go into the pricing. A 660 will qualify for a good program, in today's market I would estimate depending on the loan program anywhere from 5.45%-6.875%. Good luck!

"It was fun. There was no backdoor meaning. We just wanted to twirl."I like those girls. Also, "I just wanted to twirl" is my new go-to excuse for evtiheyrng. I just want Del Toro to get through all these other projects and make At the Mountains of Madness, already.
